  以高纯鳞片石墨为原料,沥青为粘结剂,采用热模压工艺制备高导热石墨块具有比铝材料更好的导热性,更低的成本,重量更轻,比铜轻78%。而化学、物理性能稳定性高,导电性能优良。因有极佳的晶体结构和取向性,故具有非常高的面向导热率,有效降低LED 芯片温度,提高安全性能,减缓光衰。
